Saint Cecilia’s Pupil Elected Youth Mayor for Wandsworth!

Abigail A in Year 11 has been elected Youth Mayor for Wandsworth! Her manifesto focused on improving mental health support, expanding educational opportunities and strengthening youth clubs for young people. Headteacher, Renata Joseph, attended the ceremony, where Abigail was formally inaugurated. It was a proud moment for her family and for our school. Abigail is a young person of conviction who is already making a positive difference through her leadership. She will work alongside her newly elected Deputy Youth Mayor, Afeefa H, from Ashcroft Technology Academy.
