Sixth Form Admissions 

Applying for entry in September 2027

Step 1 - Prospectus and Open Event
Our Sixth Form prospectus for next academic year will be available soon on our prospectus and open event page. Our open event will be held on Thursday 8th October 2026. Due to the large volume of applications, we are sadly unable to offer individual tours of our school and Sixth Form facilities. This will be a ticketed event.

If you would like to be emailed when the new prospectus is available and when the Eventbrite booking page is live, please join our mailing list.

Step 2 - Application
All prospective students (whether currently at Saint Cecilia’s or not) will apply using the Admissions portal, which will go live at 6pm on Thursday 8th October 2026 (same day as the open event).

The closing date for applications will be Friday 20th November 2026.

Step 3 - Consultation Meeting
All prospective students have a consultation meeting with a member of school staff.

Step 4 - Provisional Offer
Provided prospective students meet the General Conditions of Entry, a provisional offer letter is sent with the Conditions of Entry.

Step 5 – Enrolment into Sixth Form
Enrolment into Sixth Form takes place on the day GCSE results are released. We ask students to collect results so they can enrol in person at Saint Cecilia’s. Alternatively, applicants who are unable to attend on, can access the Admissions portal system to enrol online after 1 pm. Applicants who sat their GCSEs with us will also be able to view their results on the portal after 1 pm.

Applying for entry in September 2026

Applications have now closed for Sixth Form for September 2026. However, if there are special circumstances regarding why you have not applied prior to the closing date, please contact our Admissions Manager on svandermeer@saintcecilias.london to explain why you would like to apply now.
