Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, said: “Achieving the Investors in People Silver standard is something that any organisation should be truly proud of. It is the sign of a company which is very committed to good people management practice and we’d like to congratulate Saint Cecilia’s Church of England School on their achievement.”
Commenting on the award, Mr Niall Gallagher, Headteacher, said: “We are delighted to receive the Investors In People Silver award, a level achieved by only 6% of IIP organisations. The Award recognises the school’s commitment to lifelong learning and investment in the personal and professional development of every member of our school community.”
