Venue Hire

The school is an ideal venue for anyone wishing to book conferences, meetings, and those personal special celebrations. Most rooms are equipped with modern audio visual and interactive ICT facilities. The school is uniquely placed in being able to offer disabled wheelchair access to all areas, with dedicated facilities. The school is centrally located close to the A3 and to Southfields tube station, and with links to numerous bus routes, travelling to the site is easy. We have also a large on-site car park available for use with the hire of the facilities.

Rooms available for hire include:


This can accommodate up to 180 people at a sit down meal or 250 at a buffet meal. There is plenty of space to locate a marquee nearby should it be required. The on-site Catering Team would be happy to provide a competitive quote, based on your individual needs.

Conference rooms:

The school has a selection of rooms of varying sizes able to accommodate groups of up to 40 people. A PA system and staging can be supplied on request.

There are also a number of smaller rooms available for use as ‘breakout’ rooms. Modern audio visual and interactive ICT facilities are available in most rooms.

Sports Hall:

The Sports Hall is a multi-use space with basketball courts, cricket nets and football goals. Changing room facilities are also available with the Sports Hall usage.

The Sports Hall can also accommodate groups of up to 600 people for conferences or public meetings. A PA system, staging and audio visual facilities are available for use in the Sports Hall.

Drama Centre and Dance Studio:

The Drama Centre is a performing arts multi-use space seating up to 150 people. A PA system, staging and audio visual facilities are available with the Centre, if required. The Dance studio is fitted with mirrors and is suitable for a wide range of activities: dance, fitness, yoga, aerobics, zumba, piloxing, boxing, bootcamps, ballet, workshops, seminars and church meetings.
